Team Members
Invite teammates, manage their access and permissions.
Overview
Cloud is designed to enable collaboration between teams building and operating financial products in an organisation.
Invite team members
To send an invitation,
- Go to Settings > Team members.
- Click the Invite members button.
- Type in the email address of your teammate, and select their role in the workspace.
- Click Send invitation.
Your teammate immediately gets a notification via email asking them to set up their account to join your workspace. To see a list of teammates who haven’t accepted your invitation, navigate to the Invitation pending tab.
Each plan allows a maximum number of teammates on a workspace, and it cost $10 for each additional teammate.

Allows a maximum of 2 members.
Team roles
There are 4 team roles in Cloud — admins, investigators, operators, and analysts.
Admin
An admin will be able to:
- Manage team members and permissions.
- Configure organisation settings.
- Manage billing and subscriptions.
- Connect and configure instances.
- Access all back-office operations.
- Access all analytics and investigations.
- Do everything other roles can do.
Investigator
An investigator will be able to:
- Manually flag anomalies.
- Recieve notifications about detected anomalies.
- Start anomaly investigations.
- Escalate and resolve anomaly investigations
- Upload & review documents.
- Generate investigation reports.
- View and navigate transaction data.
Operator
An operator will be able to:
- Create ledgers, balances, and transactions.
- Create identities.
- Upload new documents.
- Refund transactions.
- Commit or void transactions.
Analyst
An analyst will be able to:
- Navigate ledgers and balances.
- View transaction data.
- View investigation reports.
- Monitor system activities.
