Overview

To sign in to your Cloud account:
  1. Go to the sign in page. It is cloud.blnkfinance.com.
  2. Enter your account email and password, then submit.
If you don’t have an account, create a new workspace here.

Reset your password

Can’t access your account? Follow these simple steps:
  1. Select Forgot your password? on the sign in page.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Blnk account.
  3. You’ll receive password reset instructions only if this email matches an existing Cloud account.
  4. Check your email and click the secure reset link (valid for 15 minutes).
  5. Create a new password (at least 8 characters, including one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character).
If you haven’t received your password reset email:
  1. Check your spam or junk folder.
  2. Double-check your email address for typos.
  3. Verify that you’re using the email address linked to your Blnk account.
  4. Click “Resend Email” to try again.

Can’t access your dashboard?

There are a few reasons why you might not be able to access your dashboard once signed in:
  1. Cloud plan required: Your workspace must be subscribed to a Cloud plan to access the dashboard. When you sign in, you’ll be prompted to select a plan as part of the setup process.
  2. Blnk Core instance connection needed: You’ll need to connect Blnk Core to your workspace to work with your financial data. Blnk Core is the engine that powers all your financial data processing.
