How to sign in or retrieve your login details.
Overview
To sign in to your Cloud account:
- Go to the sign in page. It is
cloud.blnkfinance.com
. - Enter your account email and password, then submit.
Reset your password
Can’t access your account? Follow these simple steps:
- Select Forgot your password? on the sign in page.
- Enter the email address associated with your Blnk account.
- You’ll receive password reset instructions only if this email matches an existing Cloud account.
- Check your email and click the secure reset link (valid for 15 minutes).
- Create a new password (at least 8 characters, including one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character).
If you haven’t received your password reset email:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Double-check your email address for typos.
- Verify that you’re using the email address linked to your Blnk account.
- Click “Resend Email” to try again.

Can’t access your dashboard?
There are a few reasons why you might not be able to access your dashboard once signed in:

Cloud plan required: Your workspace must be subscribed to a Cloud plan to access the dashboard. When you sign in, you’ll be prompted to select a plan as part of the setup process.

Blnk Core instance connection needed: You’ll need to connect Blnk Core to your workspace to work with your financial data. Blnk Core is the engine that powers all your financial data processing.
