Your account profile found in Settings > Profile is where you manage how your own user account in Blnk.


Name & email

You can only change your first and last names. Other team members can see your name in the workspace when you perform an action or are assigned to an issue.

You cannot change your email address. To update your email address, please contact Support.


Leave a workspace

To leave a workspace, click the Leave workspace option. Once removed, you no longer have access to that workspace unless you’re invited back to the workspace.

If you’re the only admin, you cannot leave a workspace until you make another teammate an admin.


Delete your profile

To delete your profile, click the Delete profile option. Once deleted, you are instantly removed from all your workspaces and will not be able to log into Cloud again without creating a new account.
